As I haven’t got large amounts of grain I could have got away with slightly less water for the mash, which would have rediced the boil time
Boil reduces water the quickest with the lid on (to maintain temperature) and ajar (to release steam). To recduce the 15l still reauired a 90 minute boil.
First taste suggets that more lactose required for next time.
