Austoberfest ’26 is coming. Prost!
Prepare to swap your everyday clothes for full Tracht, raise a Maß, and get stuck in to a Bavarian Beer Festival at the end of September. If you need an excuse to wear your Lederhosen or a Dirndl with pride, this is it.
The date for this year is 19th September. I’m slowly sorting details for this year, but I need a rough people count to know how much beer to order, and if you’d like a bed then book now. Please let me know your intentions by text or email ASAP.
I need to know:
- Who is coming?
- What you like to drink? (presumably German lager unless told otherwise)
- How much you like to drink? (light drinker / moderate / excessive)
- What you like to eat? (Bavarian food is mostly pork based, let me know if alternatives are required and if so, what sort of thing)
- Where you plan to sleep? (lots of beds are available, and we’re a 5 minute walk from 2 different Premier Inns [Wyboston] and [Colmworth] if you like your personal space. If you want a bed then I’m sure we can fit you in somewhere)
- Any special requests?
