Every beer I make ends up here, as well as inside me of course. A recipe with full instructions is included for my own reference. The notes detail my inexperience, but hopefully also my learning curve as I tackle braver brewing experiments and learn from the well documented mistakes.

Brewery
It’s a 35 litre capacity utility room based setup. Tours available upon request. I’m happy to share my beer with anyone who’s interested, all I ask is for a critical review so I can improve my recipes. Bottles are available as long as they’re returned afterwards so they can be reused. Home brewers are more than welcome to return full bottles containing their own creations. Collaboration brews are invited.
